Jackie is McCarter & English’s Chief Financial Officer, directing all aspects of the firm’s financial operations, including billing, collections, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. In addition Jackie is responsible for implementing new financial technology solutions to improve our responsiveness to client needs. Wayne Hassay began private practice in 1991 as a civil litigator. He is now the managing partner of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP, in Columbus, Ohio. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Bar Association affiliated Group Legal Services Association for the 2019-2021 term. Tom is BigHand's Managing Director, Iridium Products. Tom has been focused on business intelligence and profitability for law firms for over 25 years. He founded Iridium Technology in 2009, and the company was acquired in 2022 by BigHand. Prior to Iridium Technology, Tom worked for ADERANT for 13 years, with most of his tenure as the Product Manager for ADERANT's business intelligence offering. Bill’s work focuses primarily on issues of interest to high-level decision makers in the legal market, including law firm managing partners and C-Level officers, as well as corporate general counsel. Much of Bill’s research and writing focuses on issues related to law firm profitability, the future of the legal business, and law firm/client relationships. During his time with Thomson Reuters, Bill has also worked as a pricing and profitability consultant, providing insight into some of the innovative approaches firms are using to change the ways costs are recovered and matters are priced. Bill has worked in account management for large law firms and as a Reference Attorney, and prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Bill was an attorney in private practice as well as a law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Courtney M. Landon is the Chief Operating Officer for Lathrop GPM. As an attorney and a certified public accountant, Court brings a unique and innovative perspective to his administrative role within the firm.
Court is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s finances, business operations, administrative personnel, and facilities. He also serves as a business adviser, working with the Managing Partner and the Executive Committee on the development and execution of the firm’s strategic plan. Prior to assuming the role of COO in 2017, Court was legacy firm Lathrop Gage’s Chief Financial Officer. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

In 2011 Rob joined Thomson Reuters Elite.
